To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Personalized or customized items are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately, providing clear photographs of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. This helps us streamline our processes and ensures you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests can be sent to support@kamalcrafters.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or customized products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
