RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery date.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original sealed packaging
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used hair oil bottles (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items damaged due to misuse

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions

RETURN SHIPPING
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
