SHIPPING POLICY

At KAMALSTORE, we are committed to delivering your AYKA hair growth oil products safely and promptly across Pakistan.

PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
• Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): 2-4 business days
• Other Cities: 3-5 business days  
• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
• Orders above PKR 2,500: FREE SHIPPING
• Orders below PKR 2,500: PKR 200 shipping fee
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have additional handling charges as per courier company rates

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

PRODUCT INSPECTION (COD Orders)
For Cash on Delivery orders, you have the right to inspect the product packaging before making payment. However, the product seal should not be broken during inspection.
